"All concrete is the same." Strength, air entrainment, and reinforcement vary by application and climate.
"Cracks always mean a defect." Some shrinkage cracking is expected; pattern and movement matter more.
"Foundation repair is a cosmetic fix." Repair without addressing drainage or soil movement usually recurs.
