Caylie Wilcut

Real estate has been part of Caylie's life for as long as she can remember. Growing up around the business meant plenty of time in real estate offices, tagging along on showings, and seeing firsthand what goes into helping people buy and sell property. Along the way, she developed an appreciation for how meaningful the right property—whether a place to call home or an investment in the future—can be.

Today, Caylie is a Real Estate Broker with the Western Edge team at eXp Realty, working primarily in Monument, Colorado Springs, and surrounding communities.

Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally good with people, Caylie brings a thoughtful and approachable style to real estate. She enjoys working with buyers, including first-time homebuyers, helping them sort through their options, understand the process, and make decisions that fit their goals. She also works with homeowners preparing to sell and understands that every move comes with its own circumstances, priorities, and next chapter.

Caylie and her husband, Colten, have built their home and life in Monument, where they're raising their two young children. As a wife, mom, and homeowner, she understands how much goes into deciding where to put down roots—and how location, lifestyle, finances, family, and future plans can all shape a real estate decision.

Before entering real estate, Caylie worked as an orthodontic assistant and studied health and wellness, experiences that strengthened her attention to detail, communication skills, and interest in helping people.

Outside of real estate, Caylie enjoys health and wellness, animals, and spending time with her family.
